Its been over 12 years!
Twelve years of making the highest quality gear reduction starters you can buy for British cars. Little did I know when I made the my first starter for my own Elan +2 and a few other Lotuses waaaay back in 1988 that five years later I would be making them for others, and now twelve years after that first production batch there are tens of thousands of satisfied customers. I would like to thank all customers and my retailers for helping our starter sales grow in the last 2 years, making us one of the worlds largest British replacement starter manufacturers

We make high performance Gear Reduction Starters for Chevy V8s and a large variety of vintage British Cars. We have been in full blown production for 12 years now, perfecting a starter design first put together in the 1980's. We now make starters for Lotus, Triumph, Austin Healey Jaguar, Austin Mini, MG, and many others. Many of these starters can retail under $200 [US]
All of our starters come with a one year retail warranty. As you will see in our pictures, they are excellent units, replated like new, CNC machined, with a billet 6061 aluminum adapter plate that will look at home in a show car or a 'driver'. Our standard unit is a 1.2 hp standard Nippondenso starter. Optionally, 1.9 hp units are available on special order.
